These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FXAdTracker platform, operated by FXAdTracker LLC ("FXAdTracker", "we", "us", or "our"). The platform includes integrations such as the FXAdTracker Facebook App for Meta advertising data and other connected services. By using the FXAdTracker platform, including connecting any third-party accounts, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Platform

FXAdTracker is a web-based platform that allows users to connect advertising and messaging accounts in order to:

• Access and analyze Meta (Facebook) advertising data via the FXAdTracker Facebook App
• Access and analyze Telegram channels, usernames, and IDs
• View performance metrics, reports, and historical data for connected accounts
• Aggregate and visualize data to improve marketing and engagement decisions

2. Eligibility

You must have valid accounts on the connected platforms and lawful access to the data you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect your accounts to FXAdTracker.

3. Platform Permissions and Data Use

By connecting your accounts, you authorize FXAdTracker to access the necessary data in accordance with the permissions you approve. This data is used exclusively for analytics, reporting, and display within the FXAdTracker platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The FXAdTracker Facebook App is a free integration used solely to connect Meta advertising data to FXAdTracker. The platform itself is subscription-based and paid separately.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Data retrieved via connected platforms is stored securely on FXAdTracker systems:

• Disconnecting a platform stops future data collection
• Previously collected data remains available for analytics
• Deletion of stored data occurs only upon explicit user request

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform or integrations in violation of applicable laws
• Provide access to accounts without proper authorization
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or third-party APIs
• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

6. Subscription and Payments

Access to the FXAdTracker platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed entirely within FXAdTracker and are independent of any third-party platform integrations.

The FXAdTracker Facebook App integration is free and does not require payment.

7. Suspension or Termination

FXAdTracker may suspend or terminate access to your account or integrations if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse platform or third-party permissions or data
• Required by law or third-party platform policies

Termination does not automatically delete previously collected data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and its integrations are provided "as is" and "as available". FXAdTracker does not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of data provided by third-party platforms
• Availability of specific metrics or insights

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXAdTracker LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party platform limitations or outages

10. Compliance with Platform Policies

Your use of connected platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. FXAdTracker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Telegram, or any other third-party platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the FXAdTracker platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
